I was collecting mental illnesses.They are all placed in a glass case inside my mind, polished and translucent. There is Generalized anxiety disorder, depression, OCD, invasive thoughts, codependent, and epilepsy and narcolepsy to close it out. Out of these bread fear, panic attacks, no energy, no happiness, a dark eclipse of somewhat as bright heart. It became a relationship deterrent and a friendship killer. It was a living organism with multiple heads, a legion of Demons. My anxiety got so bad i had to move back in with my parents. My mom use to drive me around at 2:00 am just to get me settle down, sometimes even making trips to Wal-Mart that late, that always cheered me up.
This book is for people that have tried conventional ways including medication and haven’t been able to put the reins on their illness.
This book will help to take control and bring happiness and calmness back into your life.
